Beautiful family villa with pool near Rovinj

The beautiful Villa Lavanda Allegra is located in a peaceful part of central Istria, not far from the town of Rovinj, and can accommodate up to 6+2 guests. It is a pleasantly furnished family home that offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere where it is easy to slow down the everyday pace and truly unwind

Guests have at their disposal a private pool with comfortable sun loungers, as well as a covered terrace with a barbecue, perfect for long and pleasant gatherings over delicious homemade meals and conversation. For leisure, there is a children’s playground with swings and a trampoline, bicycles, and table tennis. Those who like to stay active during their holidays can, in addition to the private pool, enjoy the fitness room and then relax in the infrared sauna.
On the ground floor you will find the sauna and fitness room with a shower and toilet, while the remaining rooms are located on the first floor. There you will find the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, as well as two bathrooms.
This house radiates warmth and elegance, offers privacy and tranquility, and the Istrian surroundings add that special feeling of being exactly where you are meant to be.
