Wonderful charming villa with private pool

Charming Villa Casa Jovanin is located in a small Istrian village consisting exclusively of holiday villas. It offers an ideal escape from the city crowds for anyone seeking peace and a natural setting
The villa has been renovated in a modern rustic style where traditional details blend harmoniously with contemporary design, and it can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The spacious open-plan area of approximately one hundred square meters on the first floor features a bright and airy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as an additional bathroom. Two steps lead to a mezzanine level with two smaller, cozy bedrooms, while the remaining three larger bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private bathrooms for extra comfort and privacy during your stay.
The outdoor area is designed for complete enjoyment in the open air — a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers is perfect for cooling off during warm summer days, while the covered and fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a dining table invites guests to socialize and enjoy relaxed meals outdoors.

Villa Casa Jovanin is located in Livade – a small settlement in the interior of Istria, set along the Mirna River valley just a few kilometres from picturesque town of Motovun. Today, Livade is best known for truffles and its rich gastronomic tradition, thanks to the nearby Motovun Forest, which provides ideal conditions for finding this prized delicacy
The Zigante Truffle Days event is especially important, attracting numerous visitors from Croatia and around the world every autumn. The peaceful surroundings, natural landscape, and good transport connections make it an attractive place to stay, while the western coast of Istria with seaside towns such as Porec and Novigrad can be reached in about half an hour by car, as well as the popular Istralandia water park, a frequent choice for family outings.
