Villa Melissa

The heart of the house is the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area: a cozy, well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table for up to eight people, and an extremely comfortable seating area with partially extendable armchair elements invite you to relax and spend time together. From the generous terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the picturesque village and the sea in the background. A supermarket, pizzeria, and café bar are within easy walking distance, while the sea and the historic city of Porec are only about a 15-minute drive away. The 8 × 4 m swimming pool (open from late May to September) is ideal for swimming and relaxing. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet. One bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and direct access to the front terrace. The second bedroom overlooks the side garden, while the third has access to the terrace and pool. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. The upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination and offers a lovely view over the garden toward the village and the sea. As all rooms except the fourth bedroom are located on the ground floor, the villa is also well suited for guests with limited mobility. The owners warmly welcome families and couples. However, out of consideration for the neighborhood, the owners do not rent the house to groups, youth parties, or graduation groups.
