Modern villa with private pool & sauna

Luxury Villa White Bella is located in a small village near the town of Rovinj. This elegant villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6+1 persons

The bright and elegantly furnished ground floor consists of a bright, open space living area with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with access to the outdoor area where the private pool awaits. One bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom as well as a guest toilet are also located on the ground floor. The remaining two bedrooms, with double bed and ensuite bathroom each are located on the first floor. All of the bedrooms have A/C for additional comfort. The +1 is the sofabed in the separate space in front of the master bedroom.
The wonderful outside area features a beautifully maintained garden with plenty of comfortable relaxation areas around the pool. Here you will also find an outdoor dining area with BBQ. A finnish sauna with a relaxation area with TV are also at your disposal. The stereo system covers the sauna area, the living room, the outdoor area around the pool, and the terrace.
IMPORTANT: Villa White Bella is not a party house and youth groups are not permitted. The villa is under video surveillance.
