The beautiful Villa Laura An is located just outside of the city of Porec in the charming village of Kastelir. This stunning villa features a private pool and can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

It is an ideal choice for all those seeking a relaxing holiday while staying close to coastal towns and the many attractions of western Istria. The spacious and bright interior is designed for maximum comfort – on the elegantly furnished ground floor you will find an air-conditioned open-plan living area that combines the living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with direct access to the terrace and pool. The ground floor also offers one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and pool access, as well as a guest WC. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with its own bathroom, along with a terrace offering sea views – a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind at sunset.
Outside, the villa features a large infinity pool with a comfortable lounge island, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower with hot water, while the covered dining area with barbecue and outdoor kitchen allows you to enjoy freshly prepared meals outdoors.
