Villa Tomani is located in the peaceful Istrian village of Krmed and is an ideal choice for guests seeking a stay in nature, far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The villa can accommodate up to 8+2 guests and features four bedrooms and five bathrooms

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Stone details and wooden beams create a warm and authentic Istrian atmosphere. One bedroom and one bathroom are also located on the ground floor, while the remaining three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, are situated on the first floor.
The outdoor area of the villa is a true oasis. A private swimming pool with sun loungers, surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden, offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Guests can also make use of the summer kitchen with a stone barbecue and an outdoor dining area, ideal for afternoon and evening gatherings. The villa is equipped with 4 air-conditioning units, offers internet access and private parking. A children’s playground is located just 100 metres from the villa, and guests can also enjoy table football inside the villa. Welcome to Villa Tomani 🙂.

Villa Tomani is located in a small rural settlement about 7 km northeast of Bale called Krmed. The village is nestled among hills, arable fields, and forests

Its residents engage in traditional activities such as cultivating vineyards, olive groves, cereals, and livestock farming. In the center of the village, one can see well-preserved rural architecture, including stone houses, cisterns, and features typical of Istrian villages. Krmed offers a peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere, unspoiled nature, and an authentic Istrian experience. Nearby is Bale, a picturesque hilltop Istrian town known for its nine kilometers of coastline with clear waters, coves, and archaeological sites. The largest nearby city is Rovinj, often called the most romantic town on the Croatian coast. Its narrow streets, Baroque Church of St. Euphemia, and 60-meter-high bell tower provide spectacular views over the rooftops, harbor, marina, and the Adriatic Sea.
