Lovely villa Kalu is truly a hidden gem and has absolutely everything you could wish for during your vacation! Surrounded by a tended garden full of natural shade, the villa is ideal for smaller groups that want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this tiny Istrian village. Beautifully furnished rooms are distributed over 3 floors
On the open concept ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining area as well as to the living room. A couple of steps further you will find an additional lounge area with a direct access to the garden. Upstairs there is a master bedroom and a bathroom, as well as one more lounge area. The remaining 2 bedrooms, both warm and welcoming and furnished with a lot of attention for details, are located on the second floor, where there is also one more bathroom. The outdoor are is no less impressive - a private pool, a couple of cosy sitting areas throughout the garden as well as a dining area so you can enjoy your meals al fresco are at your disposal.

The villa is located near the small town of Kanfanar, but also not far away from the coastal town Rovinj. The old architecture of the town and surrounding villages is well preserved, and vineyards and olives dominate this area with warm Mediterranean climate
Kanfanar and its surrounding countryside is well known, not only for its historical and cultural legacy but for excellent and genuine Istrian cuisine. Rovinj, the nearest bigger town, will enchant you by its medieval streets and warm Mediterranean setting. The main Church of St. Euphemia keeps relics of the saint and presents one of the most beautiful Baroque achievements in Istria. From the church plateau there is a wonderful view of the open sea and numerous islets in the distance.
