Inside, you will find a living room with a kitchen and dining table, one bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. From the living area, there is direct access to the terrace and the courtyard with a private pool – an ideal spot to relax during the warm Istrian days. The outdoor area also features a dining table, perfect for a morning coffee or a dinner under the stars.

Located in a peaceful part of southern Istria, Sisan is a small village offering a perfect balance between relaxation and a wide range of nearby attractions. It is only a few minutes’ drive from Pula, the largest city in Istria, providing easy access to urban amenities, historical landmarks, and a vibrant cultural scene

The sea and beaches, featuring a mix of sandy and pebble coves, are approximately 1 km from the villa and easily reachable by car or bicycle. The surrounding area offers numerous cycling routes, along with activities such as horseback riding, golf, sailing, as well as various adventure and family parks.
