The beautiful Villa K2 is located just 100 m from the sea on the island of Pasman. It is part of a complex of four identical villas in a row, with Villa K1 and Villa K3 situated right next to it

This modern villa features three elegantly decorated bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The villa also offers two bathrooms with walk-in showers, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with access to a terrace that includes a lounge corner and TV. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening with a cold drink in hand. Right next to the lounge area is a private pool with sun loungers that invite you to unwind and have fun. A barbecue, private parking, and WiFi are also available for your convenience.
The villa is an ideal choice for families, couples, or friends. And if you're traveling with a larger group, multiple villas in the complex can be rented at the same time.

Pasman Island offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature like walking trails through pine forests, hiking and cycling routes, scenic viewpoints with stunning views of the Kornati Islands and the Velebit mountain range, as well as visits to numerous small churches and two historic monasteries. Nearby, you’ll also find the small island of Galesnjak, famous for its heart shape

In the evening, you can enjoy traditional fishermen’s festivals and local fairs featuring homemade island products, often accompanied by music and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Pasman is ideal for those seeking a peaceful getaway, yet thanks to good ferry connections, larger towns are easy to reach. Ferries run from Tkon to Biograd na Moru, and from the nearby island of Ugljan which is connected by a bridge with Pasman you can also take a ferry to Zadar. Cultural and urban highlights are close at hand – perfect for day trips or evening strolls along the promenade.
