The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that opens directly onto a spacious outdoor terrace with a cozy lounge corner. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, sip an evening drink, or watch your favorite movie under the stars, thanks to the outdoor TV. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay. The villa also features two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Step outside and unwind in the private pool, surrounded by sun loungers – an ideal setting for refreshing dips, sunbathing, and pure relaxation.
Villa K1 is part of a small complex of four identical villas, each with its own pool, arranged side by side and attached to each other. If you're traveling with a larger group of friends or family, you have the option to book multiple villas allowing you to enjoy your holiday together while still preserving your privacy.
Private parking and Wi-Fi are also available, ideal for those who wish to stay connected even while on vacation.

The charming island of Pasman is located near Zadar and Biograd na Moru. The island is known for its aromatic herbs and pine forests, which fill the air with authentic Mediterranean scents
It is famous for its sandy beaches and the cleanest sea on the Adriatic, while the island’s architecture dates back to the 12th century.
The island offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature such as walking trails through pine forests, hiking and cycling paths, scenic viewpoints overlooking the Kornati Islands and the Velebit mountain range as well as visits to numerous small churches and two old monasteries. Nearby, you’ll also find the tiny island of Galesnjak, known for its heart shape.
In the evening, you can enjoy traditional fishermen’s festivals and local island fairs featuring homemade products, often accompanied by music and a relaxed atmosphere. Pasman is ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday, yet thanks to the ferry connections, it’s easy to visit larger towns as well. A ferry runs from Tkon to Biograd na Moru, and via the bridge to Ugljan you can reach Zadar by ferry. Cultural and urban attractions are within easy reach – perfect for day trips or evening strolls along the waterfront. .
