Welcome to Villa Ziganto – a place where luxury and refinement blend seamlessly with exceptional views at one of the Adriatic’s most remarkable locations.
Situated on an elevated position above Opatija, Villa Ziganto offers a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea that frames every part of the property – from the spacious pool terrace and elegantly designed bedrooms to the intimate indoor jacuzzi

The villa accommodates up to nine guests in four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, while the thoughtful layout provides the perfect balance between shared moments and complete privacy. On the ground floor, you will find a bright and airy living room, a modern kitchen with a dining area and one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, all contemporary in design and equipped with their own bathrooms. This floor also features one of the villa’s most distinctive spaces – a room with a hot tub and a wide view over the Kvarner Bay, ideal for peaceful moments of relaxation.
The outdoor area is designed as an extension of the interior: relax on the sun loungers by the private pool, prepare local specialties on the grill, and enjoy them in the covered outdoor dining area, which also benefits from an uninterrupted sea view.

Villa Ziganto is located in Poljane - a small, picturesque village near Opatija, surrounded by the green slopes of Mount Ucka and vast fields. This charming spot is ideal for walks along forest paths, mountain excursions and cycling, all while enjoying beautiful views of the hills and the Adriatic Sea
At the heart of the village stands the Church of St. Peter and local households offer authentic products such as wine, olives, fruit, and homemade food.
Poljane is just 10 km from the center of the town of Opatija, one of Croatia’s most charming tourist destinations, known for its historic Austro-Hungarian architecture. Nearby, you’ll find numerous beaches and a marina for boat rentals and exploring the islands in the bay. The Lungomare, a popular 12 km-long coastal promenade connecting Lovran and Volosko, offers romantic seaside walks. Volosko, once a fishing village, is now a favorite spot for enjoying restaurants and sea views, while Rijeka, Croatia’s third-largest city, is only 20 km away.
