The villa has five bedrooms for ten guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to two additional guests on extra beds. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has an en suite bathroom, a Smart TV and access to the balcony. Three modern and luxurious rooms are located on the first floor, other two are located on the third floor. On the second floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room equipped with top-quality Italian furniture as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen designed according to the instructions of a professional chef. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a tavern with a kitchen, an ideal place for socialising. On this floor, there is also a wellness room with a sauna, jacuzzi and massage table, where you can recharge your body and mind. The villa also has a playroom with toys and Playstation, a fully equipped gym and a large office. Olive trees provide an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere, while a heated pool with sun loungers and a lounge area invites you to relax. The terrace with a dining table and a grill is accessible from the inside dining area and is an ideal place to hang out with family and friends while enjoying a beautiful panoramic view. In addition to accommodation in the villa, on request and at an extra charge, there are various additional services, such as a private trainer, a professional chef who will prepare the most delicious specialities, visit from a famous sommelier, beauty treatments and massages, yacht rental, electric bikes, a diving instructor and many others. The property is fenced and has parking for 5 vehicles, 2 of them are in a garage.
