On the ground floor is the ideal space to unwind - there is a stylish and modern spa area with a sauna and hot tub, a traditional tavern and a guest toilet with shower. The first floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. Lovran is a small, picturesque town located in the Kvarner Bay, known for its 12-kilometre-long Lungomare seaside promenade, charming old centre and Mediterranean architecture. On one side lie the slopes of Mount Ucka, and on the other, the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea
The town was named after the laurel plant (laurus), whose fragrant scent still lingers in the air. Lovran and its surroundings are perfect for a variety of activities: from hiking and cycling on Mount Ucka, to kayaking, diving, boat excursions, and enjoying cultural and music events held throughout the summer. Nearby is the town of Opatija, a former imperial resort with a rich history and cultural heritage.
