Stunning Villa Nikolina in Kastelir is the perfect choice for all those that would like to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet while on vacation. The brand new villa has a lovely, carefully tended garden centred around a large, inviting infinity pool with counter current system
Make sure to soak up the sun as much as you can by the pool during those warm, summer days in Istria! The villa has 4 bedrooms and as such can accommodate 8 persons - perfect for a larger family. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, while the remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. All of the bedrooms have a TV and a private bathroom to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also, you will be able to enjoy the sea view from all of them.
On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen with 2 coffee machines, as well as a cosy living room with a dining area.
But that is not all - the villa also offers a well equipped outdoor kitchen with a wine fridge, a beverage refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as an outdoor dining area for the entire group! Villa Nikolina will make all your wishes come true! IMPORTANT: younger groups are not allowed.

Be sure not to miss the numerous parties organized in tourist villages and the town's centre. There are beach clubs, coffee bars, and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and discos. Nothing but fun from sunset till sunrise! Areas of interest include the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Groznjan as well as the seaside towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni islands, the Roman amphitheatre in Pula and a day trip to Venice are all recommended excursions that are available from this region.Car is recommended.
