The beautiful modern Villa Tisa is a perfect holiday home for families, only 6 km away from the sea and wonderful Rabac. All premises of the villa are conveniently located on the same floor
The comfortable modern open plan living room with view to the lovely pool, as well as the adjacent dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, offer a great space for gathering everyone, either for meals or relaxation. Its 3 modern tastefully decorated double bedrooms are offering comfortable accommodation for a restful holiday. The villa also has two bathrooms. There is direct access to the covered terrace and pool area from both the dining area and living room, where you can enjoy relaxing at the garden lounge or sunbathing next to the pool, after swimming. Next to the pool there is a lovely shaded outside dining area with a BBQ, ideal for a relaxing family al-fresco dinner. The large garden area offers plenty of space for fun activities & carefree childrens´ play, for instance on the trampoline that is available. Villa Tisa is located in a quiet part of the small town of Labin, which is the historic and administrative centre of eastern Istria. As it is not far from the city center, there are many caffe´s and restaurants nearby
The area is a paradise for history and art enthusiasts with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep winding streets of the old town boast well preserved historical palaces, numerous art galleries and studios and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several excellent seafood restaurants, with much local produce on offer, as well as many cosy coffee shops, ideal for soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Labin's seaside resort is Rabac, once a fishing village and today a popular tourist destination surrounded by heavenly pebbly beaches, only about 6 km from this property.
