Beautiful new villa with private pool near Pula

With more than 175 m2 divided into two floors and 4 bedrooms, this beautiful house can accommodate 8+2. Kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms accompanied with 2 shower bathrooms are situated on the ground floor
On the first floor, there are also two bedrooms accompanied by 2 bathrooms of which one has a bathtub. The area surrounding the swimming pool stretches to 2000m2 of trimmed grass and it is equipped with 10 deck chairs. For children, a safe garden is surrounded by a hedge and natural rock fence. The Garden also encompasses a barbecue area with a dining table and stone oven, which is ideal for the preparation of home-baked bread or traditional dishes. In addition, there is a children's playground, table tennis and parking space for 3 cars. Villa Anita is air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV and wireless internet. For the more adventurous there is the Adrenalin Park Barban and the Quad Adventure Club a few km away from the Villa Anita.

This beautiful holiday house is located in the small village Hrboki, on the east side of the Istrian peninsula. The location of the Villa offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from a city rush and tourist crowds matched with short distance to all major peninsula cities
Pula, the largest city of Istria, just 20 kilometres away from the Villa is world-famous for its stunning coliseum, an ancient amphitheatre that was built during the 1st century while Roman emperor Vespansian ruled this part of the world. Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers a unique gastro experience, well known in this part of Europe. Home-made Istrian prosciutto (pršut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuži) are just a few of the many delicious gastro pleasures Istria can offer for a true experience of Mediterranean home-made cuisine. Istrian peninsula is also home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. It can be accessed by boat with departure from Fažana. Car is recommended.
