If you are dreaming about relaxed holidays with numerous extra activities to stay entertained, modernly furnished interiors and the beautiful Istrian hinterland, Villa Althea is your right choice! This villa offer accommodation for up to 8 persons in 4 amazing and spacious bedrooms equipped with television, air conditioners, and private bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a big living space with numerous, carefully chosen details all decorated in a nice, calming colour pattern and a bedroom
The living room is connected to the dining area and kitchen looking towards the steps which take you to the outdoor area around the inviting private pool. Here you will find numerous sun loungers hidden in the shadows of the sun umbrellas for hot days while the big pool stays ready if you decide to dive in for refreshment! The big garden offers a lot of extra activities like a net for playing volleyball or badminton, a trampoline and a playground for children to keep them entertained while you prepare grilled dishes. With up to 8 places in the outdoor dining area, you will enjoy your evenings gathered around your favourite meal while looking over to the pool and the green hills of Istria in the background. On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and two terraces. One terrace is covered, where you can exercise while the other invites you for sunbathing. .

Villa Althea is located in the village Ruzici, in the middle of the magical hinterland of Istria, with a beautiful hilly landscape and untouched nature, ideal for hiking or cycling. Explore the hinterland and try Istria specialities like truffles, prosciutto or just have a nice glass of Istrian Malvazija while on a trip on one of the wine routes
This location is a perfect starting point for visiting other cities. In this area there are little, but charming towns like Labin and Rabac. The old town of Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is a place rich with ateliers, ideal to enjoy art on every step through the town. Rabac, a former fisher village, is known for its beautiful, natural beaches and good restaurants. In the area of Labin-Rabac, you can play tennis, mini-golf, beach volleyball, go diving and enjoy various water sports. Thrill-seekers will benefit from a large adrenaline park, a diving centre at the wonderful bay of Krnica, as well as the proximity of various hiking and biking trails. The nearest beach is 12 km away from the villa.
