Set on a hill with a view that extends over the entire Kvarner Bay, Villa Kalmar is the perfect choice for those dreaming of a peaceful vacation in beautiful natural surroundings, yet within walking distance of the beach.
This luxury villa can accommodate up to 18 guests, with altogether 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 kitchens, which makes it an ideal vacation place for larger families or groups

In this spacious villa, it is basically impossible not to find a room that suits your taste, since the interior combines minimalistic and modern furnishings with a colourful, cosy and, above all, warm family atmosphere. A large and carefully tended garden is equipped with a welcoming pool and 10 sun loungers, where you can spend your days relaxing and enjoying the sun. This villa is intended for those that like living a sumptuous lifestyle, so at your disposal, there is also a jacuzzi in the garden. The pool is partially surrounded by a vast terrace with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area for up to 22 guests. For those that prefer an active vacation, the Villa has a private basketball court. There is also a cooking service and massage service available at request for an additional charge. The villa owners offer to its guests first dentist appointments for free in their practice and VIP beauty appointments in their beauty salons - for all details please contact the owners before arrival.

Rijeka is known for its long historic and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafés, clubs, bars and events. Experience the city vibe by taking a walk along Korzo, explore the Old Town and visit the sanctuary in Trsat on a hill above the city of Rijeka. Do not miss the carnival in Rijeka, one of the five largest carnivals in the world! The Airport Rijeka is located on the Island of Krk, just a short drive from Dramalj.
