On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 8 people. This is a perfect place to enjoy delicious family meals. A large living room with a couch awaits you on the ground floor as well. There you can lie back and relax after a lovely family meal. You can have a good night’s sleep in two bedrooms with a double bed on this floor. You will surely be thrilled to hear that there is wellness with two saunas and a jacuzzi at your disposal. One bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this floor.
On the upper floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. One stunning feature of this villa is found in its attic - an open space attic with an integrated bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and a wonderful terrace with a mesmerising panoramic view. Enjoy the starry sky in the evening and simply relax.
The best feature of this villa is its outdoor area with an amazing pool. You can also prepare a meal on the charcoal grill and enjoy it in the dining area for 8. Crikvenica, which is just a short drive away, was declared a climate health resort more than 100 years ago, due to its mild climate and pine forests.
