The newly built villa is located in the peaceful istrian village Bale, a perfect starting point to explore Istria. Bale is a small stone-built village with a rich history dating back to Roman times
The old town sits on a hill. Today, it is a quiet cultural and artistic hub in Istria. The village developed around the Soardo-Bembo Castle, a Renaissance palace that dominates the old town center. Visit the nearby protected coastal area of Palud Ornithological Reserve, a paradise for birdwatchers and nature lovers. Enjoy the rich gastromy including olive oil, local wines, truffles and seafood in small konobas and restaurants. Only 20 minutes by car away, Rovinj is the perfect destination for a day of exploring its romantic old town, colorful houses, and crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. The most famous landmark is the Church of St. Euphemia, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Adriatic. One of the natural parks is the Gold Cape Forest Park , perfect for cycling, swimming and taking a leasurely stroll through nature.
