Beautiful stone villa with private pool near Pula

Villa Casa 42 is a lovely restored villa in the charming town Svetvinčenat. The lovingly designed stone house offers comfort with 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, while the other 3 are on the first floor
All bedrooms include a TV and bathroom. The spacious livingroom with a TV leads into the naturally lit dining area for up to 8 guests. Right next to it, is the fully equipped kitchen in which you can prepare delicious meals. Outside of the villa, you can enjoy the istrian sun in the refreshing pool or relax on one of the 5 sun loungers. The outdoor dining area is located in its own tranquill corner, surrounded by green trees and bushes. It is perfect for a beautiful evening with friends and family, accompanied by a delicious BBQ, you prepared on the provided grill. Vila Casa 42 is a great choice for a peaceful vacation in Istria.
