The villa features a private swimming pool surrounded by 8 sun loungers, ideal for soaking up the sun, as well as a shaded outdoor dining area with a barbecue where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals with family and friends
Inside, the villa offers a spacious living room with a TV, a dining area, and a large fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor there are two comfortable bedrooms. On the upper floor you will find two modern bedrooms with access to a sunny balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Villa Campanula is located in the small Istrian village of Barat, in a peaceful setting ideal for a relaxing holiday. Basic amenities such as the nearest café and restaurant are only about 2 km away
For guests who enjoy an active holiday, the surrounding area offers numerous cycling trails as well as hiking and trekking routes through the beautiful Istrian landscape. Just a 30-minute drive away is the village of Višnjan, where you can visit the Višnjan Observatory and enjoy stunning views. Thousands of asteroids have been discovered here, and the observatory has become internationally known for its scientific and educational programs for young astronomers. The nearest beach is located in Poreč, a town known for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear sea. Its rich cultural heritage and charming old town, filled with outdoor cafés, shops, and historical landmarks, create a wonderful atmosphere for an evening stroll after a relaxing day by the sea. Poreč is especially famous for the Euphrasian Basilica, renowned for its impressive mosaics and unique architecture. For fun for the whole family, we recommend visiting Aquapark Aquacolors Poreč – one of the largest water parks in Southeast Europe, featuring numerous slides, wave pools, and lazy rivers.
