Charming villa with private pool and sauna

Villa Andrea is a beautifully restored traditional Istrian stone house offering complete comfort in a peaceful village setting in Central Istria. Fully renovated in 2025, the villa combines authentic charm with modern amenities, making it an ideal retreat for families, couples or small groups
Spread across three levels, the villa features a cozy living room with a quality sofa bed and a charming wine corner on the ground floor. The first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom, while the top floor includes two comfortable bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private pool, sun loungers and a BBQ with outdoor dining area. A separate wellness house adds to the experience, featuring a shower and guest toilet, and a sauna available from February 2026. With peaceful surroundings, modern comforts such as full air-conditioning, underfloor heating, WiFi and a private parking space, Villa Andrea provides everything needed for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Istria.
