Villa The Boat offers 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find 2 comfortable doublerooms with direct access to one of 3 balconies
One floor up, both the livingroom and dining area offer a stunning view of the sea through the large glass doors. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing a delcious meal and enjoying it with the view. For a fun evening, challenge eachother to a friendly game of pool or enjoy some drinks on the second balcony's lounge area. You will also find another comfortable bedroom. Finally, the second floor balcony contains the highlight of the villa, the pool with panoramic view. Enjoy a refreshing swim under the adriatic sun, while taking in the stunning view. You can also relax on one of the 4 sunloungers. Lastly, another comfortable double room awaits you on this floor. Villa The Boat is perfect for a relaxing vacation near Opatija.

Villa The Boat is located in the small village of Pobri, only 700m away from the nearest beach. Nearby is the the “Pearl of the Adriatic”, Opatija
It was founded as a health and spa resort in the late 1800s and has stayed true to its roots, making Opatija a relaxing wellness destination until this day. After a long day on one of its pebble and rocky beaches, you can enjoy a scenic stroll down Lungomare Promenad, a 12 km seaside path connecting Opatija with nearby towns like Volosko and Lovran. The town offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, and patisseries, blending Mediterranean cuisine with Austrian influences, perfect for a delicious dinner to conclude the day. For an active day in Croatia's nature, a 20 minute drive away, you can visit Učka Nature Park. It is great for hiking, cycling, and enjoying panoramic views of the Kvarner Gulf. It is is home to a wide range of plants and wildlife, including endemic species like the Istrian iris.
