Inside await a modern open space where you can spend an evening watching movies in the livingroom with TV, enjoy a glass of wine in the dining area or prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. From this space, you can still bask in the stunning view through the large windows and glass doors. For a fun activity, challenge eachother to a friendly game of pool. The villa offers one comfortable double room with TV and a bathroom with walk in shower. In the evening, you can prepare a delicious BBQ on the grill outside. Villa Sea Level is only a short 250m away from the closest beach. It is located in teh small, elegant coastal town, Lovran, which dates back to Roman times
The town grew around the Church of Church of St. George, which still dominates the center. The famous Lungomare Promenade connects it to Opatija. This is a 12 km long seaside walkway, perfect for an evening stroll along the shore. Right above Lovran, you will find Učka Nature Park. It is great for hiking, cycling, and enjoying panoramic views of the Kvarner Gulf. The park is home to a wide range of plants and wildlife, including endemic species like the Istrian iris.
