Villa Vlastelini I enjoys a quiet countryside setting in a small village just a few minutes from Labin, offering guests the perfect balance between privacy and easy access to everything they may need. Within a short drive you can reach supermarkets, cafés and the charming hilltop old town of Labin, known for its Venetian architecture, small art studios, viewpoints and several excellent restaurants serving traditional Istrian cuisine

The beaches of Rabac are also close by, making the villa ideal for families and travellers who want the tranquillity of the countryside while staying near the sea. Rabac is famous for its turquoise bays, long pebble beaches and a wide choice of water activities, from diving and sailing to relaxed boat trips along the coast. For those who prefer natural, quieter swimming spots, the bays of Prtlog (Duga Luka) and Sv. Marina are beautiful options — both offering crystal-clear water, pine forest shade and a peaceful atmosphere away from crowds.
The region is also perfect for active guests. Scenic cycling and hiking routes start close to the villa, and horseback riding, mountain trails, boat rentals and diving centres are all within easy reach. For a relaxed afternoon, we recommend a stroll through Labin’s old town followed by a visit to one of its local konobe, or a sunset walk along the Rabac promenade with an ice cream in hand.
