This beautiful villa offers 180 m² of cozy, rustic-style living space and a large 2000 m² garden, giving an immediate sense that it’s designed for a peaceful family holiday. Warm details, wood, and natural materials create a homely atmosphere, while the spacious garden ensures privacy
The nearest beach is just about 3 km away, so the sea is never far.
The villa can accommodate 8+2 guests and features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, along with a terrace perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings outdoors. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy.
The large fenced garden surrounds the pool with sun loungers and plenty of greenery. Children have ample space to play, while adults can enjoy peace and a spot to relax. There is also a barbecue area and a stone oven, making it easy to turn dinners into long, enjoyable gatherings outdoors.
The villa is air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV and internet, so nothing is missing for those who value comfort and staying connected while on holiday.
